On behalf of the Commonwealth Government, the Department of Defence engaged us as its Managing Contractor to plan, design and construct the HMAS Stirling Redevelopment Stage 3A project.

Yagan Square is part of the State Government’s Perth City Link project – one of Perth’s most exciting redevelopments to transform our city.

The project is a key component of the Subi XO precinct, which is located in the heart of Subiaco.

The Midland Gate Shopping Centre Stage 2A Expansion comprised the upgrade and remodelling of the existing centre to include a basement carpark, single level mall, rooftop carpark and upgrades to the existing malls.

We were engaged by the Government of Western Australia to deliver the expansion of Acacia prison to provide accommodation for an additional 387 prisoners plus associated infrastructure and amenities.

The redevelopment of Bold Park Aquatic Centre involved replacing the existing 8 lane 50m pool, originally constructed in 1975, with a new 10 lane 50m pool.

The Harvest Lakes development comprises a 3600m² Woolworths Supermarket and six individual buildings that house sixteen retail tenancies.

The Stirling Civic Building Complex provides a contemporary facility for the administrative and civic function of the City of Stirling.

We completed the redevelopment of the Rockingham City Shopping Centre in planned stages.

We completed the redevelopment of Armadale Shopping City in December 2007. The centre doubled in capacity to a total tenancy area of 31,200m² with additional associated car parking.

The Wickham Recreation Precinct provides state-of-the-art sport, fitness and recreation facilities for the local community.

We delivered two transit interchange railway stations at Warnbro and Rockingham as part of the high profile Southern Suburbs Railway project for the Public Transport Authority.

We redeveloped the Broome Regional Hospital to provide the latest clinical facilities and health care for the City of Broome and the wider Kimberly community.

The Warnbro Shopping Centre was expanded to accommodate a new retail floor space, comprising a Big W, 22 specialty shops, four new kiosks, two new ATMs and two new casual mall leasing locations.

The project involved the redevelopment of Perth’s heritage-listed Melbourne Hotel transformed into a seven storey, 4.5 star hotel.

We delivered Edith Cowan University's Engineering Buildings 23 and 24.

Ronald McDonald House is located in the QEII Medical Centre and consists of 47 ensuite rooms with the capacity to accommodate 190 people.

We delivered three transit interchange railway stations at Cockburn Central, Kwinana and Wellard as part of the high profile Southern Suburbs Railway project for the Public Transport Authority.

The Curtin Engineering Pavilion was the second project we completed for Curtin University after we delivered the Curtin Stadium in 2009.

We were engaged by the Australian Submarine Corporation for the design and installation work required to relocate the existing diesel engine to the new location at the LBTF and to provide all services to the engine to enable submarine simulated diesel operation.

We delivered an 8000m² extension to the existing Waterford Shopping Centre, including a Mega Super IGA Supermarket, a 295 car bay deck, central mall and 28 specialty retail tenancies.

We carried out the forward work activities along the PTA rail lines in Northbridge between City West Station to the West and McIver Station to the East.

The Curtin Stadium is the dominant building at the front of Curtin University’s ‘dress circle’ buildings, this sleek white metallic structure has a full-length covered walkway with a strikingly wide crescent-shaped arch as a signature piece.

The City of Perth Library incorporates a graceful circular design and state-of-the-art facilities in the heart of the Perth CBD.

We delivered Wellington Central, an eight storey office building complex in the heart of Perth.

Following a competitive tender process, we were engaged by Vicinity Centres to complete the design and construction of this major redevelopment of Ellenbrook Shopping Centre.

The Quarter is an integral part of the Karratha City of the North (KCN) Plan, produced in partnership by the Western Australian State Government and the Shire of Roebourne.

The Red Earth Arts Precinct provides a contemporary performing arts centre and community hub in the heart of Karratha's city centre.

We delivered the accommodation and infrastructure works for the Hope Downs 4 Accommodation Village, which houses the personnel allocated to work within the mine site.

We delivered Stage 1 of the new Busselton Health Campus in March 2015. Stage 2 was completed in May 2016 and involved the demolition of the old hospital buildings, car park construction and associated landscaping.

Quest Fremantle is a 4½ star, 121 key serviced apartment hotel in Fremantle’s heritage West End.

Built to withstand cyclones and express the spirit of the Pilbara, the new Hedland Health Campus combines simplicity of design and materials with sophisticated approaches in medical technology.

We were engaged to expand Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City by delivering an additional 29,000m² of retail space.

The Edith Cowan University Library is located adjacent to the campus entrance on Joondalup Drive. We delivered the 12,000m² four storey library building for students and public use.

The Centre for Crop and Disease Management (Building 304) at Curtin University’s Bentley Campus is a new three storey research facility consisting of QC2 and QC3 laboratories, workspaces, shared facilities and a café.

Westralia Plaza is an innovatively designed and prominently located high quality commercial building with approximately 9,800m² of office space and 760m² of retail space, two levels of basement parking and a landscaped ground level public plaza.

The ten storey research facility, located at the QEII Medical Centre, comprises a demonstration laboratory for public education, clinical research space, state wide core equipment and facilities, offices, auditorium, seminar rooms, meeting places and a cafe.

Marketlane Subi forms part of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority’s broader strategy for the area, creating new opportunities for economic activity within Subiaco, drawing people into the area and activating local businesses.

The CSIRO Waterford facility houses the Australian Minerals Research Centre where researchers are developing improved processing techniques for Australia’s mineral and metal export industry.

The Halls Head Central project involved the expansion and redevelopment of the original shopping centre.

We delivered this defining architectural landmark on the foreshore of Albany, with its breathtaking views of the Princess Royal Harbour.

Wanangkura Stadium comprises a new multi-purpose recreation centre, three associated outdoor courts, landscaped parks and public spaces.

We delivered the Warrawandu Village Central Precinct Buildings and the Hub Administration for BHP Billiton Iron Ore's Jimblebar Project.

We were appointed to deliver the major expansion for Cockburn Gateway Shopping City which comprised the construction of a new Woolworths supermarket (4,200m²), Big W (8,000m²), Best & Less (1,000m²), a range of speciality shops and a new food court.

We delivered the design, supply and installation of permanent and temporary accommodation and associated facilities at the Karara Iron Ore mine site.

The Karratha Central Healthcare serves as a hub for general medical practice in the region. It also offers educational programmes and clinical training in regional health practices.

We were engaged, under an ECI agreement, to assist in the finalisation of the design for the expansion and redevelopment of the Secret Harbour Shopping Centre. Following completion of the design, we were appointed to deliver the redevelopment.

We carried out the design, construction and installation of the 272 bed accommodation village.

The $32 million shopping centre is located within the Newhaven residential development and includes an Aldi Supermarket, Woolworths Supermarket, Medical Centre, 30 specialty shops; and 550 car parking bays.
