The Red Earth Arts Precinct provides a contemporary performing arts centre and community hub in the heart of Karratha's city centre.

The precinct comprises the following key components:

450 seat theatre;
Entry foyer;
Outdoor event space;
Staff administration office accommodation;
Library
Roof top terrace; and
Car Park.

We won seven awards at the 2018 Master Builders - Bankwest Building Excellence Awards (Kimberley Pilbara) including the 2018 Kimberley – Pilbara Best Regional Project, Commercial/Industrial Building over $15m, Judges Innovation Award, Innovative Use of Building Materials, Excellence in Energy Efficiency, Excellence in Ceilings and Excellence in Innovative Cladding.
